Stopped by to see if they could torque the nut for my weight distribution hitch, this was the 4th place I tried and the were able to do the job without problem and in short order. Staff were polite and friendly.
Mike the tall guy was very friendly even though I didn't speak French. I was in a rush with my family and he was nice enough to take his lunch break off to fix our hitch. Highly recommend

Having been there a few times, I confirm that the lady at the counter always seems to be bothering her. Even though she works hard, that's no reason to be so hasty in her answers. But it seems, reading the responses to other comments, that this won't be fixed. It doesn't make you want to go back.
